Telephone Calls, Laboratory Results and Prescriptions

  • Telephone messages and questions are taken by the medical staff and given to the physicians
  • Responses to your questions will be made as soon as possible
  • You will be contacted with test results after they have been reviewed by a physician
  • Requests for all prescriptions and refills should be made at the time of your office visit, during routine office hours
  • Allow at least 24 to 48 hours for telephone prescription refills
